document viewer error

User has been getting this error message when trying to view an assignment submissions with the document viewer. Any idea what could be happening?

    Hi Lewis - this could be a number of things from connectivity issues to file issues. Is this happening to all submissions? Are they able to download the documents? We've seen this type of error typically resolve with a refresh of the page.
