Why is feedback from an instructor showing it is coming from a different instructor?

I have a course with multiple instructors at my university. One instructor has been leaving feedback to students, but they are seeing the feedback coming from a different instructor's name. Therefore, it looks like the first instructor hasn't given any feedback. When this instructor tries to click on the feedback they've given, the link doesn't work either.

    In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your institution's IT help desk. It sounds like the issue may be in the way that they have configured the settings.

    If you discover that it is not an institutional setting, please create a support case so that our folks can have a closer look at what the cause may be.
