I cannot confirm my phone number for SMS notifications

Hello, every time I hit confirm your mobile number, nothing happens. I don’t receive a text message, does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Hello @Amanda.P.186,

    You may want to check in with whomever is your Organization Administrator for Brightspace. Might be indicative of a permission issue or that your mobile carrier isn't setup within your site.

    However, I will let you know that we are planning to End of Life (EOL) this feature in the upcoming release in July, 2024. If you want to learn more about that, check out our blog post: Intent to EOL SMS Notifications.

    SMS notification has been deprecated, or will be soon. The service was no longer being maintained (email to sms) by many of the carriers, so it was not reliable.
