Course files all deleted!
It appears someone has deleted every single file in one of our courses! They've done it from the 'Manage Files' section rather than from within content because the modules and topics themselves are still there. I've tried finding out through the data hub when it happened and who did it, but the only option I can see is 'Content Files Properties Log' which requires the file to be associated with a content item. As such, the only records are the ones from when the html files were created as this was done through content.
I know that you can log a ticket to restore the content but only from the last 30 days. We think it was most likely done well, well before this, so get that the content itself is probably lost in the ether. But, is there a way to find out when and who did it?

Hi Deirdre,
The Content Objects dataset, in combination with the Users - Course Access Log and Org Units datasets will have all the information necessary to identify the course offering if necessary (OrgUnitId) and user who deleted the content.
Always best to open a case with the Support team for these types of issues as they are best placed to provide you all the necessary information, and perform a data restore if possible to do so.
The datasets mentioned above are listed below:
Hope that helps!
