Hello,

Is there a way of exporting from a class list, those who have not completed or accessed the course?

We have released a new course and I need to enrol all individuals who did not complete the prior course. Is their an easy way of gaining this data. There are over 450 people in the class and I need a list of who has not completed the course.

Hi Lindsey,

In the first instance you must define what completion means in the context of the course.

Thereafter, craft an Intelligent Agent using the Criteria and/or Release Conditions (business rules used to define course completion .. or not) to generate a list of users from the Classlist who have not satisfied the requirements. Alternatively, if using the Awards tool, similarly issue an award to users using the criteria and release conditions defined above to denote completion. The Awards Issues dataset https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#awards-issued will give you all the information for users who have earnt the award contrast this with the Course Offering Enrollments dataset https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#course-offering-enrollments https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#course-offering-enrollments to determine the list of users who have not fulfilled the requirements.
