Hi @Adriana.L.765 Every school will set their own usernames and passwords for login. Your School offers this page which direct students to their Brightspace Login- I've noticed that this page also includes a telephone number. If you suspect that you have the wrong username, I would recommend calling the number provided to be directed to your school's IT Help Desk who can help you access your login information. The Brightspace Login Page can help you if you've forgotten your password, by using the "forgot password" link that appears on the page.
