Why aren't checkmarks appearing in the New Content Experience modules?
Hi everyone,
We are using the New Content Experience and the New Student Experience. We are noticing that when students progress through a content module, checkmarks do not appear for all the pages. We have tested this and when we log in as a student (not impersonating but actually logging in with a test account) - and click on Content - then Launch Unit and progress through the pages in the Unit most of the pages do show a checkmark to indicate visiting the page. This also shows up as "not visited" in Class Progress for the student.
We tried multiple ways of progressing through the content but basically got the same result.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there perhaps a time lag in showing the checkmarks?
Any information would be most appreciated.

May I suggest that you open a support ticket and include a couple of examples? This will allow us to conduct a more in-depth investigation into the issue
