Reset course completion for a user


Kia ora,

We have a user who has not completed the course. Unfortunately not sure how this happened but a course connection was showing under her name and an award completion for a course she has not done.

The issue is, I reset her assessment attempts and revoked the certificate. However, I am unable to reset the module completions. Is this possible. User name Cheyne Merson-Smith.
