Inline Feedback disappearing

Question

Hello,

A couple of students have reported their inline feedback from their instructor is missing. We have discovered the inline feedback an instructor leaves on assignments disappears after about 6 months.

Is there a setting that can be adjusted?  We DO NOT want the inline feedback to disappear, especially if the student has not finished the course.

We've just noticed this same behavior. Frustrating since that data is sometimes necessary for program assessments.

As such we don't have a config that makes inline feedback disappear after sometime, however, we can check further on the reported issue.

We recommend you to please open a support case with details of the affected user , assignment and course details where the issue is reported and we can check further on the issue.
