We are the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate HSU campus. We began transitioning our five colleges/schools to using D2L Brightspace in summer 2022 and have completed that transition. We wanted to begin using the Submit Grades to Banner SIS feature as described in this article:

When we asked our SUNY's IT application support group to enable it for us, they indicated that it requires an Ellucian application (Luminis) that is at End of Life this summer.
The article above makes no mention of Luminis or of D2L's efforts, if any, to rebuild this tool. What's happening? Is D2L ending this feature or do they have a plan on how to reprogram so it can continue?
