Is it possible to allow submissions to the drobox while maintaining directory structure

An instructor has asked "Most of my deliverables require multiple files, and organization thereof into folders/directories, students can upload multiple files now, but directory structure is not maintained. Is this possible?"

Other than having the students upload a zip file (and not grading it using the Brightspace tools) I can't think of a good option here.
