Notification if ILP stops sending data?



We are new to both Brightspace and Ellucian ILP, and has our first instance of the ILP connection going down over the weekend when Banner was restarted by our IT. Is there a method to have Brightspace send me a notification if it doesn't receive any data from ILP within a certain time frame? Alternately, is there a notification I can set up within ILP that will alert me that it has stopped sending data? I couldn't find anything but I'm hoping there's just something I'm missing.

    Thanks for reaching us through community!!

    Unfortunately, we do not have any notification set up to report about stopped ILP data.

    You can only check the logs to find if there was any input processed in IPSIS from our side.

    I would request you to check from ILP side if they can set any notification when systems are down from their side.
