Is there a way to search for (Lookup) Students by Phone Number?

Question

I keep receiving Undeliverable Email notifications, for a few (but not all) recipients. Please see example below; obviously masked sensitive information. Would be nice if there were a way to "reverse lookup" these phone numbers to Students.

 550 - Requested action not taken: no such user here
