Can admins archive past semester emails?
I am receiving complaints about so many past sections being displayed in the Brightspace email tool. Is there a variable option to only display X past semesters that can be modified if needed?

I reached out to a colleague here for some additional insight and they suggested- if by sections, you're referring to past courses ex. past semesters of courses, then adding start and end dates to those courses would prevent students from seeing past courses. Then those courses wouldn't appear in the address book/course drop down.
We recently added a course in the Brightspace Learning Center on strategies you can use to help transition from one semester or term to the next- and this topic of course start and end dates comes up.
As long as you're logged into Community you'll have free access to this and other courses in the Learning Center.
