Why can't I download Pulse?

I'm getting an error that says "Security policy prevents installation of this application" whenever I try to download Pulse to my phone, what's going on?

    Hi John,

    There could be several reasons for the message being received. It is likely to be related to the security policy set on you phone. If you search for "Security policy prevents installation of this application" you'll find several suggestions as to how you might resolve the issue.

    If your device is a work provided one best to check with you IT department as to how the issue can be resolved.
