How do you get access to Creator+ ??

I am new to using this platform. Is Creator+ an additional charge that needs to be added to a contract or is it something anyone can access through activities?

    Creator Plus is a separate package that can be added to Brightspace. The best person to connect with for Creator is your Customer Success Manager or Client Sales Executive. You may get additional information through this article.
