I am trying to upload a file into the question library and keep getting an error
The upload didn't complete because your network connection was interrupted. When you're ready, try again

From the content of the error message, I would first check your internet speed to see if it could really be related to connection issues. If that is not the case, I was about to advise you to open a ticket with our Admin Support for further investigation. But I can see you have already done so.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

This error consistently happens if I use the standard csv format for quiz questions that most LMS understand, a format with one spreadsheet row per question. If I use Brightspace's own strange format for csv instead, with multiple rows per question, it will upload without this error. This is consistent across computers, browsers, networks.

I have yet to find a formal specification of the format. There is a tool (linked from that question) for turning questions in a Word document (!) into this format. -
Hello, I get the same error 'The upload didn't complete because your network connection was interrupted. When you're ready, try again' even when using the Brightspace sample csv file. My internet is fine.
Any other thoughts on why the file won't upload? -
