Best Way to Close Courses over the Holidays

Hi there. I hope you are all well.

I monitor 15 courses at the same time, and would like to close access to these courses over the two week holiday in December. I know I can deactivate each course, but is that the best way to do it?

I want to be sure that all the student submissions, feedback, etc. are still there when I reactivate the courses after the holidays.

    Hi @Peter.C.524,

    You could do that or if you have access to change the start/end dates, you could set a new start date for when you want to re-open the courses after the holiday.

    Either changing the start/end dates or temporarily deactivating the courses will maintain the student work so nothing will be lost.
