I have added new tools, in which PDF ICON appears, I want to upload PDF file and add watermark My suggestion is how to upload pdf upload and add a watermark per user ?
The screen shot below.

    Hello Sandeep,
    Unfortunately, this feature has not been implemented as of now.
    Discussions in the Community are regularly monitored by D2L people, but implementation of specific features may depend on multiple factors.
    If a new feature is implemented, we usually post it in the Community and/or in the official documentation of Brightspace.
