Thank you very much. The only option I seem to have is Ask a Question. I was only able to find this post with regards to creating tickets, but it does not provide all of the instructions
I used to have that option in the past, but now it seems to be unavailable; I assumed the Ask a Question is a replacement for that.
If you could let me know how I can submit a proper ticket, that would be great!
