    Hi Jay,

    Clients use Salesforce in many different ways depending on the level of integration they require. Some examples include:

    • as an authentication service (SAML Identity Provider)
    • storefront through which courses are purchased
    • system of record
      • managing event driven user account creation and course enrolment
      • capturing course completion

    In addition to feedback you get from community member you can also reach out to your Customer Success/Account Manager who can provide you with Salesforce integration options, and connect you with D2L clients using Salesforce.
