Scrolling through an Assignment while giving Video/Audio Feedback

Hello all,

Is there a way to scroll through a PDF, Doc, etc. while recording video or audio feedback for students? The pop up disables scrolling on the larger screen. I don't know if this is an individual admin decision or a larger issue. It is very cumbersome.
