Hi Janet, I was also wondering about best practices. I think I understand how you're intended to use the tool but are there any success stories/tips?

As an admin, I'm working with our academic support team to see how they might want to use it. Our thought is to add the S3 to specific courses they want to target and then simply use it as a monitoring/early warning system. It may flag learners that they otherwise may not have noticed.

Is the workflow something like:

1. Add desired courses in S3
2. Use to monitor
3. Remove courses when they end?
