I am trying to upload using instructor login. The package is .zip and the size is 452 kb. Maximum length of file name in the package is 65 characters. There is no special characters in file names inside the package. It is getting uploaded from my desktop/laptop on D2L successfully, but the error "Oops, your file could not be uploaded" is displayed at client side whereas client is also using the same package.

Can anybody help me in this case if you have gone through the same scenario.

  • Hi Yashawant,

Thank you for reaching out to us on Community.

There could be an issue with the package formatting but this will require further investigation.

I kindly request you to open a support case by providing the course package, the course name where you are importing the package, and the full steps you are taking to perform the import.

    Regards,

    Nik
