Is there a log anywhere to see everything that has been done in a course (who has accessed it and when and for what)?

Thank you for reaching out to us on Community

In the current version of Brighspace(LE) the feature of what a user has done to the course after accessing it is not available

Currently, only information on when a user has accessed the course is available.

There is a feature request submitted in Product Idea Exchange that aligns to your ask and is submitted as below,
