Upcoming Events not loading

Hi there -
I'm troubleshooting with a student and while using the Pulse app, the events on the Upcoming section of the app do not load. The loading indicator just spins and nothing happens.
We've tried re-installing, logging out and in, deleting the app and the data in the phone settings, and nothing has worked.
