The criteria to pass one of our courses and be issued an award is: "Receives greater than or equal to 60 % on grade item: <Scorm name>".
I ran the report this morning and it appears:
1 learner "failed", but achieved 63.33% so should have passed and been issued a certificate
15 learners "passed", achieving the >60%, but weren't issued a certificate.
All of these learners have needed to attempt the assessment 2+ times to pass, but the certificate was not issued.
What am I missing/haven't checked that could result in several learners not receiving their award?
