    To view submitted assignment file you would need " View submitted files" permission. For more assignment permissions please refer to the article.

    I am referring to the assignment description that the instructor has added. I have the grader's role down-pat except for the ability to always be able to see the description. I have figured the solution out for open assignments using More Actions / Preview which supposedly overrides restrictions on the assignment. However, it doesn't override start / end dates
