In the User Progress tool, how do I enable the Standards tab?

Our organization is experimenting with switching from Competencies to Learning Outcomes. I (a Super Admin) am testing out the Learning Outcomes features. I've set up a course and added outcomes, but I can't follow a part of the [Archived Content] Standards and Outcome Assessment guide.

 

Specifically, in the View course progress against learning outcomes section, they show a screenshot (attached) where the user can see their progress against Learning Outcomes. I can't figure out how to to make that tab appear on our instance. I've checked all the config variables and they're all enabled.

    Solved my own question:

    1. Click Settings.
    2. In the Course Related section, select Class Progress and User Progress.
    3. Click the User Progress tab.
