Is it possible to revoke certificates issued to an entire classlist?

    Thank you for reaching Brightspace Community!

    You can currently bulk revoke awards via the Awards Classlist page by selecting multiple learners > Clicking on Revoke and it will revoke the award.

    Thank you for the update, it could be related to your award permissions( not having revoke certificate permission) . If not I would recommend raising a support case the team can look into the issue and help you.

    Hi everyone. I have permission to revoke certificates, but I can only revoke them for one participant at a time. I can't find a way to select all the checkboxes at once.

    Hi @Denise.M.3057.

    Thank you for your question. Currently, there isn’t a Select All option available in the Awards tool when revoking certificates. At this time, you would need to manually select the students you want and then revoke the award for the selected users.
