    Hi @Kim Hwee.S.136 ,

It seems you cannot edit your Navbar, I would recommend reaching to your organization admin and ask to be granted the permission for editing your Navbar to be able to add the Quick eval to your Navbar.

    Hope this helps !

    Regards,

    Hi @Kim Hwee.S.136 ,

Thank you for reaching Brightspace community!

To set up Quick eval you would need first to Turn on the Tool:

    1. From the Admin Tools menu, select Organization Tools.
    2. Turn on Quick Eval.

Add a link to the navbar on the Organization homepage:

    1. From the Admin Tools menu, select Navigation & Themes.
    2. Edit the active navbar and click Add Links.
    3. Select Quick Eval and click Add.
    4. Click Save and Close.

Update permissions for all roles that require access to Quick Eval:

    1. From the Admin Tools menu, select Roles and Permissions.
    2. Open the context menu for an evaluator role (instructor, teaching assistant, etc.) and select Edit Permissions.
    3. Open the Filter by Tool menu and select Quick Eval.
    4. Add the View Quick Eval permission at the Organization or Course level.
    5. Click Save and Close.

    Hope this helps !

    Regards,

    Hi, hi,

I have no admin rights access, but the tool is turned on.

A little more context - I'm working in a sandbox environment, so I wonder if it affects the availability of quickeval?

    Hi @Kim Hwee.S.136 ,

You may validate with organization admin if your role have the permission to "View Quick eval"

Also to add the Quick eval tool in the navbar do you also would need to have the manage navbars permission to add the link to the Quick eval as shown below:

    Hope this helps!

Thanks! This is what I see in my sandbox environment. I guess I can't edit my Navbar?
