Question regarding seeing course:

I am unable to see a course in the picture below. I was able to before, but now it is gone.

Is there an archived courses section for courses I can find in BrightSpace?

    Hi Noor, there are several possibilities of what may have occurred for the course to not be available to you in the My Courses widget. The most likely being the end date of the course reached. The other alternatives are: the course status has been set to inactive; you have been unenrolled from the course; or the course has been deleted. As mentioned it is most likely the end date of the course has been reached therefore it has dropped off your My Courses widget and Course selector. In this case, best to reach out to the SUNY MyLearning support team to determine if access to the course can be restored to you. Hope that helps!
