Is Shuffle Exchange absolutely necessary to integrate D2L with Microsoft Teams?

Teams Meetings will work as a standard plugin for use in Brightspace and documentation for its configuration can be found here - https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/6015-set-up-the-integration-for-the-microsoft-team-meetings-plugin . There are several other articles in that area as well outlining how Teams Meetings can be added in various areas of the platform.

Teams Classes requires the Brightspace Course Connector which is an integration available for purchase through ShuffleExchange and does require an account there in order to manage settings and synchronization options.
