The section where you are able to put in your email address to receive a notification when a submission is made in the folder is no longer available, is this experienced by other users?

It appears this issue is related to a current defect related to Assignments tool which is missing Notification Email.
Once confirmed, details should be posted to the Known Issues List, reference defect 01844164. You can bookmark the Known Issues List Updates discussion if you would like to be notified when new items are being added.
