Known Issues List Updates
The Known Issues List is now available as an embedded spreadsheet. *Login is required to access Known Issues List embedded spreadsheet*

If you would like to receive email notifications about updates to an existing issue, your Approved Support Contact (ASC) can log a support case, quoting the tracking number of the existing issue and indicating that they are also impacted by that software defect. D2L Support will associate that support case to the defect and they will receive an email notification when the software defect is fixed.

The known issues list in the old community used to also let us know when a resolution is planned- is it possible to get that information on the spreadsheet as well? I know its on each individual issues page but there's just a lot of clicks to get to everything now it seems like.

Hi @Mandi.S.261, as far as we know, we have never published resolution times in the Known Issues list. Hence, we're wondering if you can provide a little more information or an example of the same. We will continue to indicate that the status of the known issue is open. Looking forward to your response.

Maybe I was thinking of the fix notifications list, but I had thought the last column used to state when it was being addressed— either as a hot fix or in the CD update. It would just be easier to go to one page with the info rather than multiple places to see if a known issue has moved to a fixed issue.

Thanks for clarifying, @Mandi.S.261. You are describing our fixed issue information and we do continue to call out the hotfix bundle and CD release that our fixes will be deployed in.
