My Child Protection Officer did an online course with Live Active Leisure, Perth, Scotland on 18th of this month. Her certificate is supposed to be available on this site but i cant find anything. Can you help

You will be able to find it in the "Awards" tab.
I do not know what your course looks like exactly, but the "Awards" tab is usually on what we call the "NavBar" of your course / Brightspace homepage:

You can find the website address for your school using this site:
Login using the username and password for your Brightspace Courses.
Then, follow these steps to view your course awards
