Issue with quizzes on course

I have a learner who has completed all the necessary requirements in order to complete the end-of-course quiz. However, the quiz is not appearing for him.
I have tried manually marking the course portion as complete to move him forward to the quiz and I have tried giving him special access to the quiz. These solutions have not worked out, does anyone have an idea on what the issue may be?

There are several things to take into account in such scenarios.
- You said you manually marked the course portion as complete, but have you checked the other Quiz Release Conditions? It could be that this learner needs to achieve a specific score in a previous Quiz before being able to move to the Final Quiz.
- It could be that they do have a passing grade on a previous Quiz but have not achieved the Learning Objective associated with it.
