We are new to using Brightspace. We had our local IT department configure the necessary plugins for users to log in to Brightspace using their district-provided Microsoft accounts. However, when we created an account and tried to log in using this method, we got the following error:

"Brightspace by Desire2Learn

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Brightspace by Desire2Learn ('febc1afd-52a3-49e3-80a2-542a901f2ad6') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user '[redacted]' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application."

We could really use help configuring this so we can use this login.

Thanks,

Jacob
