Hi there I need some assistance with our boards SSO- one of the links on our board website works for teachers but not for board staff. We are wondering if some can help us troubleshoot the issues happening. Board office staff are getting an error message saying there is a processing errror.

Hi Ashley, This is likely something your system administrator will have to work with D2L Support to restore that functionality. I'd suggest having your assigned ASC contact D2L for investigation as they will need to discuss this further as they need access to administrative dashboards unavailable to most users.
