Why are class emails automatically "NO REPLY?" Apparently, our institute is losing this functionality in moving to Brightspace from Blackboard and it will be sorely missed by all at this training session.
Hi Laura! Do you mean when you send an email to your Classlist? This is a setting that can be managed by your organization. If you are also thinking about Intelligent Agent emails, then that is a setting you can manage when setting up your Intelligent Agents. Your Administration team can help with these configuration settings.
Ok. I do not know what Intelligent Agent emails are. The need is to email the Classlist and have them be able to reply directly to me. I will ask my Admin team directly now.
I am with SUNY. Our Admin team indicates that we do not have this configuration capability (as communicated from D2L) because we are not a stand alone "instance," operating Brightspace across about 60 campuses.
Why can't I reply to all when the original email is sent through Lamaku Classlist and then I can't reply to all from my Organization email because the email addresses for the students are not in the original email that gets to my external email account?
