Error message when uploading zip file to Question Library

When uploading a zip file of quiz questions, I received the error message, "The upload didn't complete because your network connection was disrupted. When you're ready, try again." I consulted with the IT department to rule out any network issues, and they knew of none.

Does anyone have any advice/guidance?

  • I recommend uploading the file again. If it fails a second time, please put in a support ticket so they can help you troubleshoot the issue.

  • Here's the real answer, speaking from experience:
    Rename your test zip file in all lowercase letters, no symbols or anything (you can name it anything). Resubmit.
