Announcement Notifications

Our institution has an email notification for Announcements set, but an instructor has reported that not all students receive an email notification when he posts an Announcement. I assume that is because of the students' settings, but need confirmation unless there is something I should be doing on the Admin side.

I am guessing you are correct in this case! It's likely that the learners need to edit their notification preferences to ensure they are receiving the intended communication reminders. The documentation that I have linked within this thread is intended specifically for learners and includes a short video for how they can do this.
