Panopto Videos Won't Play on iPads

We have integrated Panopto via the External Learning Tools into D2L. Our students that use iPads have recently been unable to view any Panopto videos linked in content. Tried multiple browsers with the same results. Only a black box appears. This is happening only on iPads. Have you heard of this issue? Any solutions?

Can you assure that the iOS Safari is 16+? Can you test turning OFF the the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking " from the Safari app settings?
