And I would like to have it enabled by default on the hundreds of questions I am automatically generating / importing. I'm just not sure of what keyword/value I should use in the CSV.

Hi @Christian Muise , Enabling attachments for WR is not yet available in CSV upload. At this time you will need to set this on each question.
If you want to create a Product Idea Exchange item for this then i am sure it will get votes!
