SCORM not resetting as expected
We recently migrated from Blackboard and experiencing some issues with SCORM packages. In Blackboard, SCORM module used to open in a new window, and if a student was unsuccessful, closing and reopening the window would reset it to the start, but this cannot be replicated in Brightspace as it only opens in a same/new tab so hence the students are indefinitely locked out of the module if they failed and completed it.
Is this an issue with the design software, or how Brightspace is handling SCORMs? These were done in Adobe Captivate.
