Is there a way to change the thumbnail of a video note?

    It looks like you can add a .png image!

    From https://documentation.brightspace.com/EN/capture/-/instructor/add_custom_thumbnail.htm

    You can choose a .png image file to appear as the thumbnail for your uploaded videos and Video Notes in place of the default timeline images.

    1. In Brightspace Capture Portal, click Admin.
    2. In the Content area, click Presentations.
    3. Click the name of the presentation to edit the thumbnail image.
    4. Under Thumbnail Image, click Select File and choose the image file you want to add.
    5. Click Save Changes

    Hi Dana,

    I think Brightspace Capture is a part of Creator+ now and we don't have that add-on. I couldn't find any thumbnail editing capability in Media Library. If you read otherwise, please let me know.

    Currently, it is not possible to add a thumbnail to the video note. You can submit this idea on our Product Idea Exchange.
