Is it possible to embed a checklist rather than creating a link to it?

I want to be able to embed a checklist rather than create a link to it when I create an HTML document or web page, which takes students away from the web page. Is this possible?

Thanks, @Julie Low558, but in the video it's still a link that students need to click on.  I want the checklist to just show up rather than the link to it.

I'm creating a webpage in the Content area that wraps up what students should have learned and want to embed a checklist that shows the assignments or tasks they should have completed. I want to embed the checklist within that webpage rather than adding a link.
