How to fix internal error message when accessing trying to evaluate dropbox items?

A faculty bought to my attention that they're coming across an internal error message when trying to evaluate items in the dropbox.

    Hi Brian,

     

    Can you please confirm if this particular Dropbox is using Turnitin. This issue could be related to an ongoing defect - 01209803 for TII enabled dropboxes.

    The workaround is to download the submissions and enter marks via the Grades tool.
