Hi there!
You may have the ability to do this from Classlist. Click on the arrow beside the students name, select Edit Accommodations, and increase the time from there. It will apply to all quizzes in the platform. (See screenshot).
If you do not have the option to do this from Classlist (Edit Accommodations button is not there). Then you can go into each Quiz, and use Special Access to add more time for the student.
