I have set attendance register to MAKE VISIBLE TO USER, saved sucessfully, but attendance not showing on user navbar.

If you find that after referencing the resources, attendance is still not visible to users, we recommend reaching out to your institution's help desk so that they can have a closer look at the permissions for your Brightspace instance.
